Wrex Products Inc. is located in the heart of Northern California in the small rural college community of Chico. The company, founded by its owner Wrex Howard, was created in 1960 when Wrex moved to the area from Sunnyvale, California and began building molds in the garage of his newly acquired Orland residence. Initially working alone, Wrex was forced to seek more spacious quarters two years later when his tool room staff increased to three, so in early 1962 the fledgling firm moved to its present location.

During the intervening years the company has incorporated, and its employees now number about one hundred fifty. While the firm's mold makers are constantly occupied with construction of new molds or the maintenance of old, the bulk of the company's business is now derived from its plastics molding and die casting operations. At today's Wrex Products, craftsmen create masterpieces of technology in plastics molding, die casting, tool design, die manufacture, and turnkey products that are packaged and ready to ship.

Thirty years of injection molding and die casting experience have built a broad base of technical knowledge, equipment, and molding skill. Wrex Products is highly recognized in the industry for our over molding capabilities in very complex designs using polyurethane and other engineering resins.
